Session Description: Based upon findings from a comprehensive study of Baldrige Award recipients in healthcare, this session will describe a key competency developed by high performing organizations: process literacy. Tools to develop this skill will enable participants to contribute to their organizations’ maturity in systems thinking, customer focus, work force engagement, and results orientation. Participants will learn how to move beyond projects and toward a transformational change strategy.
